PAUL WILKINS

Bio

Paul Wilkins is a UK-born actor and singer with extensive experience spanning the West End, international tours, and national broadcast. Originally from Hampshire, he trained at ArtsEd London (BA Hons Musical Theatre) before beginning his career in the 30th Anniversary production of Les Misérables in London’s West End. After six months in the ensemble, he was offered the lead role of Marius on the international tour (Manila, Singapore, Dubai), later returning to London to reprise the role for a further 18 months.

He went on to originate the role of Reggie in The Dreamers, a new British musical by James Beeny and Gina Georgio, developed through workshops at the Victoria Palace Theatre and staged as the first full-scale musical at Abbey Road Studios. Paul also features on the original cast album.

Paul led the 50th Anniversary UK and Germany tour of Hair! as Claude Bukowski, and has participated in development workshops for Lady M, Anna & The Sting, and Ann Duck by Cush Jumbo, produced by the National Theatre. He has appeared as a soloist in concert with the BBC Concert Orchestra (Friday Night is Music Night, BBC Radio 2) and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra (Movies & Musicals Live, RTÉ Lyric FM).

In 2023, Paul relocated to Cork, Ireland, to pursue an MA in Music at the Cork School of Music (MTU), continuing to work across both stage and screen. Irish credits include the Electoral Commission’s Your Vote Is Your Voice campaign, Cinderella (Prince Charming) at Cork Opera House, and Movies & Musicals Live at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre with RTÉ Concert Orchestra conducted by Stephen Bell.

As a creative producer, Paul is currently developing The Role of the Romantic, his final MA performance, and Friends from the West End — an original musical revue premiering in Cork and Dublin in June 2025.

Paul is represented by Adam Mendelsohn at The Narrow Road Company.
