Following eight months performing at London’s Queen’s Theatre as 2nd Cover Marius, Paul Wilkins is set to take on the lead role of Marius in the 2016 Les Misérables Asian Tour - marking his leading role debut. This tour will bring Cameron Mackintosh’s 25th Anniversary production, directed by Laurence Connor and James Powell, to audiences in Manila, Singapore, and Dubai.
For the Manila and Singapore engagements, the principal cast includes Simon Gleeson as Jean Valjean, Earl Carpenter as Javert, Rachelle Ann Go as Fantine, Cameron Blakely as Thénardier, Helen Walsh as Madame Thénardier, Kerrie Anne Greenland as Éponine, Chris Durling as Enjolras, Emily Langridge as Cosette, and Paul Wilkins as Marius.
The Dubai production will feature John Owen-Jones as Jean Valjean and Hayden Tee as Javert, alongside Patrice Tipoki as Fantine, Peter Polycarpou as Thénardier, Jodie Prenger as Madame Thénardier, Carrie Hope Fletcher as Éponine, Alistair Brammer as Enjolras, and Paul Wilkins continuing as Marius with Emily Langridge as Cosette.
The ensemble, consistent across all three locations, comprises Claudia Ballen, Daniel Belle, Billy Bourchier, Hugo Chiarella, Melanie Cornell, Jessica Daley, Chloe De Los Santos, Mischana Dellora Cornish, Emilie Du Leslay, Blake Erickson, David Francis, Venice Harris, Matt Harrop, Tamlyn Henderson, Callum Hobson, Nigel Huckle, Holly-Anne Hull, James Hume, Ciaran Joyce, Liam Mcilwain, Sarah Murr, Adèle Parkinson, Kieran McGinlay, Michaela Powell, Lauren Soley, Mable Tamone, Oscar Tollofsen, Natasha Veselinovic, Tom Vincent, and Sebastian Witt. Joel Parnis will perform in Manila and Singapore, with Jordan Lee Davies joining the Dubai performances.
